How to Order Your Custom Garment

Welcome to the nitty-gritty of how we'll work together to create your unique piece. It's not rocket science, but there are a few steps to ensure we're on the same page.

Custom Pattern Orders

• Purchase the garment you want and fill in all the details including size and what type of fabric you'd like -- if you're not sure, no stress! Just say so in the form and we'll firm things up in the next step :) 
• I'll follow up to confirm your order, sizing, etc., and share fabric recommendations. This is where the fun begins.
• Once we've settled on the fabric, I'll order it and start sewing as soon as it arrives. This could take anywhere from a day to a week, depending on where we source it from.
• Before shipping, I'll invoice or refund you the difference from the original order. Yes, the price might change based on the fabric - I'm aiming for awesome and uniquely you which means your materials might cost more or less. 
• If you owe for the garment, I won't ship until payment is received. I trust you, but I also like eating.

Note: Each garment is priced assuming basic materials. The final price might change depending on your fabric choices. 

Custom Orders

• Purchase a $100 deposit. This shows you're serious and helps cover initial costs.
• When you purchase your deposit, you'll be able to book a 20 minute call with me to discuss your design and dream garment. 
• The $100 goes towards the final cost of your garment. It's not extra - I'm not that greedy.
• Once your garment is made, I'll invoice you the final cost and will ship your garment when payment is received 
• Changed your mind? No problem. If you decide not to order, the deposit will be fully refunded. No hard feelings.

Returns + Refunds

Let's be real: I'm just one person trying to make this work. With that mind, here's my return and refund policy in clear terms:

• You can cancel and get a full refund anytime before materials are purchased. 
• Once materials are ordered, I can't offer full refunds on custom orders. Sorry, but fabric doesn't grow on trees (well, technically it does, but you know what I mean).
• Cancelled orders after materials have been purchased will be refunded except for the cost of materials.
• If you have issues with your garment, pay for postage to return it to me, and I'll cover the cost of sending it back to you after addressing the problem.
