Returns and Refunds Policy
At Cindy Sews, we aim to provide unique, made-to-order garments. Due to the custom nature of our products, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail policies. Please read carefully:
Custom Pattern Orders
- Once materials are ordered for your custom pattern garment, we are unable to offer refunds.
- You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before materials are purchased.
- If you experience issues with your garment, please contact us at info@cindysews.co. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will cover the cost of sending the garment back to you after addressing the issue.
Custom Orders
- The initial $100 deposit for custom orders is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed with the order before any materials are purchased or work has begun.
- Once work has commenced on your custom order, we cannot offer refunds.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@cindysews.co if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on completed custom orders. This includes both custom pattern orders and full custom designs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This applies only to standard pattern orders, not to custom orders. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
